Since 2016, Rootstock has been the premier annual celebration of the finest wines being grown in the lone star state. In 2025, the festival is back with a new theme: Spain!
Stay tuned as we announce the lineup of over a dozen wineries plus chefs & musicians for this one-of-a kind festival. You won't find a better place to taste authentic, ambitious, Texas wines and meet some of the people who create them.

This year, every participating winery will be pouring Texas-grown wines made from some of the following Spanish (& Portuguese) grapevines:
Tempranillo, Monastrell/Mourvèdre, Garnacha, Cariñena/carignan, Graciano, Mencia, Touriga Nacional, port-style wines, Albariño, Verdejo, Moscatel, and more!
We always have free tote bags so you can take a few of your favorite bottles home!
